FREE SCHOOL GROWTH GUIDE12-week example
How to add $26,000 to your school in less than 12 weeks
Build a school that makes you proud, pays you well, and leaves you time to enjoy what you've built.
You've put years into becoming a better instructor. Your school should have the students, reputation, and income to show for it. You should be able to teach a packed class without checking your phone between rounds, and go home without another evening of chasing leads.
Our example starts with five new students paying for a year up front. Do that every four weeks and you've collected $26,865 in 12 weeks.

Wolverine's original offer is shown here. Your ads will use your school's name, photos and trial offer.
More students who show up, pay, and stay.
We work with you to adjust your offer so you can collect more cash up front on a 12-month program.
In this example, your 12-month student program is $2,388, or $199 a month. With 25% off for paying in full, each new student pays $1,791 up front.
Changing your offer is optional, but we strongly recommend it. The goal is to recover your costs sooner. Your current offer may take longer.
Then we handle the ads, calls, texts, emails, bookings and follow-up. Our goal is to bring in people who can afford your program and help them get to class.
Sample sales script
This is only a sample. We provide the full sales script, pricing options and how to present them once you sign up.
Example: talking to a parent after a trial class.
How did [child’s name] enjoy the class?
[Listen and respond.]
You mentioned wanting to help [child’s name] with [parent’s goal]. That’s what we’d be working on together.
See [black belt’s name] over there? They’ve been training for [actual number] years to reach that level. You can’t buy that skill or that black belt. You have to earn it.
But you don’t need to think that far ahead right now. We start with a 12-month program.
This is an investment in [child’s name]’s education and future. We follow a curriculum that teaches martial arts and self-defense step by step, so they have clear skills to work on and build on throughout the year.
And if your family goes away for the summer, or [child’s name] takes a break to play another sport, you don’t lose that training time. For example, if you take two months off, we add those two months back to your program.
Based on what you’ve seen today, would you like to get [child’s name] started with us?
[Pause and listen. If they have questions, talk through them before continuing.]
[If yes:]
Great. Let me walk you through the price for the 12-month program.
Our normal price for the full 12-month program is $2,388.
If you pay in full, you save 25%. So instead of $2,388, your total is only $1,791, and you save $597.
[Stop and let them respond.]
[Work through these five payment options as needed: pay in full (25% off), half down (20% off), $399 down (15% off), $299 down (5% off), then $199 down (no discount). Pause after each option and let them respond.]
