Founder & CEO
Michael may only be a blue belt in jiujitsu, but that's because he spends his time studying business like most coaches study technique. He loves jiujitsu, but his true passion is helping school owners do more of what they love and less of what they don't. Through Zylis, he helps martial arts schools grow alongside owners who love their art, while giving more people the chance to discover the same positive experience he found on the mats.
Founder & COO
Parker is a brown belt in jiu jitsu and a dedicated coach who loves seeing people succeed. With a background in marketing and market research, he uses that experience to help martial arts schools reach more people to support the growth of the martial arts community they love.
Lead Conversion Specialist
Kaitlyn is a brown belt in jiu jitsu and a kids coach who understands how important the first conversation is. As Zylis's Lead Conversion Specialist, she is an expert at building rapport, uncovering what each lead wants from martial arts, and connecting those needs to your program so more prospects book, show up, and become students.
Lead Conversion Specialist
Gracie trains jiu-jitsu and is part of Zylis's lead conversion team. She helps schools follow up with prospective students and book trials, bringing a warm, friendly approach to each conversation.
