How is this different from a regular marketing agency?
Most agencies stop at ads, a landing page, and basic automations. Zylis can also handle human calls, texts, emails, qualifying, booking, building rapport, appointment confirmation, and no-show follow-up. Growth Partner adds an aggressive strategy for schools that want to grow rapidly.
Will social media ads work for my school?
Before we start, we look at your programs, your trial offer, your area, and how many new students you can take. If it does not look like a fit, we tell you on the call.
What counts as a qualified lead?
A person near your school who wants to train, fits the rules we agree on before launch, and is ready to talk about a trial class. Spam, fake contacts, and repeat leads do not count.
Do you run ads for kids programs or adult programs?
Both. Kids ads speak to what parents want for their child. Adult ads sell the person on themselves. We run them as separate campaigns.
How much do I need to spend on ads?
That depends on your area and your programs. We agree on the ad budget before launch. You pay Meta directly, not us.
Do I need to handle the leads or the calls?
Ads + Automations leaves conversations, calls, booking, and no-show follow-up with you. Full Service lets Zylis handle those. Growth Partner adds an aggressive strategy for schools that want to grow rapidly.
When will I see the first leads?
We build the campaign during the first two weeks. Leads start coming in once the ads go live.
What do I need to provide?
Tell us about your programs, trial offer, and the students you most want to reach. We also need account access, your logo, and photos or video from inside your school. You approve the plan before launch.
Will you run ads for another school near mine?
No. We only work with 1 school per area, and we define that area during the fit check.
Should this replace referrals and word of mouth?
No. Ads give you another way to reach new families alongside the channels that already work for you.
How does Zylis charge?
We are performance based and charge only per person who actually shows up to a trial class.

Every plan includes campaigns, ads, a landing page, and automations. With Ads + Automations, you work the leads. With Full Service or Growth Partner, Zylis handles the human calls, texts, emails, qualifying, booking, rapport, confirmation, and no-show follow-up.
